Conditional format color when comment is added

Is there a way to apply a "conditional format rule" that will apply a color to a cell if the cell has a "comment" added to it?

It's not exactly what you asked, but if you hover your mouse over the number of comments on a given tab in a Sheet, it'll automatically highlight and list all of the cells with comments, like this:

Ty for the suggestion.  We know how to hover.  What we are looking for is "at a glance" color for the overall cells that have had comments added to them.
