I am writing to request assistance with routing emails between our SAP application and Google Workspace.
We have configured the SAP application to send emails to Google Workspace using the sender email address provided to the SAP vendor, and I can confirm that emails are being delivered successfully from the SAP application.
However,we are encountering an issue with emails not being delivered from Gmail to the SAP application. Specifically, we need users to be able to approve Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) directly from their Gmail inbox and have those approvals sent to the SAP application.
The main point is that the routing needs to be configured from the email server to SAP in order for inbound emails to reach SAP. With this in place, the connection should work as expected. Does anyone know how this can be achieved? Thank you!
