Delete orphaned GCP project

Hi,

I'm trying to delete a GCP project that I am the administrator of. The company that owned it is now in liquidation, and the billing account has been removed. It appears that the project has become orphaned as there's no option to delete it in the IAM settings.

How can I go about getting this project deleted, as I need to delete it in order to delete my Google account (blocked due to active projects in GCP).
