Different workspace subscriptions for different employees

Hello!
Just a quick question, is it possible to have different Google Workspace subscriptions for different employees?
In my company, only a few employees need more than 30GB of memory and we would like to make two different plans: 1 for those who need more memory and another for those who do not.
We have tried to create two different administrative units, but we don't know if it is possible to make such a division of subscriptions.
If someone would be so kind as to tell me whether or not it is possible, and if so, how to do it, I would be very grateful.

I think your scenario description is a want of Partial Domain Licensing.
