Good morning,

I can't find on the admin console how to change the number associated with double authentication. I changed my number, he sent me the verification code to the account on the old number.

Can you help me please?

What is 'double authentication'?

Are you referring to 2FA (two-factor authentication), which Google also calls 2SV (two-step verification)?

If so, in the Admin console you cannot set the 2FA phone number, as that is set by the individual users. 

• You can get backup codes that would let you sign-in and change the associate 2FA phone no. 
• You could also temporarily disable (turn-off) 2FA for the account.
• And you can set a Recovery phone no., in case you want to go that route instead.

I surmise that you have access to the Admin console, so open Users to the user account, then select Security tab (across the top of User Details), then scroll down to 2-step verification -- select Get Backup Verification Codes button.
