Hi there,
H E L P O U T !
I am facing here a HUGE problem. My customers that have e-mails ....@hotmail.com simply do not receive AT ALL the mails sent by our office. I had already discussed twice by chat with Google Support. However I am facing already this issue.
We set-up new DNS rules, type TXT, for exemple: "v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all" at my domain hosting (www.locaweb.com.br). However it did not solved the problem.
My customers that have e-mails ....@hotmail.com continue to not receive our e-mails.
So we set-up the DKIM code, adding a type TXT record, at our domain hosting.
It dod not worked again. My customers that have e-mails ....@hotmail.com continue to not receive our e-mails.
Finally, I would like to know if you have ever seen a similar case.
In my opinion users do not need to know all theses parameters (DKIM, ....) to be able to send an e-mail from Google Workspace (Gmail) do a customer that uses @hotmail.com e-mail.
It is a shame that I cannot send one e-mail to somebody that uses ....@hotmail.com e-mail.
ps.
Sorry about my english... Maybe there are some mistakes here (I am from Brazil)

@gustavo18 Microsoft's freemail properties like Hotmail are very twitchy about your email.
https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/pm/services.aspx has more information but you might find it overwhelming. Email deliverability can be very complicated.
DM me and I'll give you a loopback address you can email to see how your email looks to an anti-spam system as a starting point. I'll also give you my hotmail account and we can check it as well.
However, using tools like SPF and DKIM are just part of sending email and you can blame spammers, phishers, and bad actors for making it more difficult. -KAM
