ERROR: Unable to find the server at www.googleapis.com when using gamadv-xtd3

I'm having problems with gam today. I had no issues last week and was able to download large reports, etc. But today, when I try and run a simple query, like 'gam user <user email.> show teamdrives, I get the above error.

Earlier, when I ran a simple query like 'gam info user <user email>' it did return information. However, that doesn't even work anymore. 

I'm using Terminal on a MAC with MAC Montery and nothing changed since last week on the OS or my setup.

EDIT: After rebooting my PC, it's working more than not, lol. But it would be useful to have triage ideas so I can find out where the bottleneck is, if any.

@EPISEC7 Could this be a firewall/DNS issue? Have the user try: ping www.googleapis.com

For example, here's a ping from my Windows box:
