@rickyho282828 SPF is a record for their domain. It would need to be for their M365 setup if I understand your email correctly, e.g. include:spf.protection.outlook.com. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/email-authentication-sp... has more information. This doc might help as well: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VD-6wBLHJOZDlsqxJDTAte-98xlrb94qx41rpVVD0O8/edit We wrote it to be sales, informational, and technical. -KAM
As @KAM said, your client must ensure that their SPF record includes Microsoft, not Google, as an approved sender of mail on behalf of their domain. If itโs set to Google, but theyโre sending from Microsoft, it is very likely to be flagged as spam. Fix this, first.
Then:
1. Check the reputation or your clientโs domain to ensure it hasnโt been blacklisted, and isnโt using a frequently-abused top-level domain (TLD).
2. Add your clientโs domain to your approved senders list to help ensure successful delivery.
Thank you for both of the replies. After configure and ensure the set up of SPF, DKIM, DMARC , all well set up.
However, the problems are still exist.
