Email notification for specific member

Hi,

Currently, my google group member all receives email notifications whenever there are some new emails or any reply posts, this causes our private email inbox to become messy, and sometimes we miss some important emails due to that. Therefore, may I ask that how can I set it up so that it will only send the email notifications to a specific member, not all?

If not, how can I turn the email notification off?

If I am understanding you correctly this could be accomplished by going into groups.google.com, clicking on the group in question, going to People>Members and changing their subscriptions to 'no email'. You could also likely do this en masse with GAM.
