Ex employee still has access to passwords. Chrome Profile Password Manager

When a user leaves the company he still has access to the saved passwords on the google profile. Can I, somehow, remove the access to the saved passwords in the profile when he can no longer log in.

For example, someone is terminated and the password changed so he can no longer get in the account. But he can see all the saved passwords that he has on the Workspace Google Chrome Profile in his personal computer. Even though he has no access to his account.

Is there a way to lock out the google chrome profile password manager when the profile is logged out.

Thanks in advance

When you remove a user from Google Workspace, it's a good practice to first sign them out from all devices they are using. This will also log them out of their Google Chrome profile and thus prevent them from using it anymore. To sign out users, follow this article: https://support.google.com/a/answer/178854

Once signed out, delete the user. This will also delete their cloud-stored data, including Chrome profiles (and any passwords therein).

Yeah, but there is a problem managing the password saved in the profile, I feel is not safe for a company, that the users still have access to all the saved passwords. I see chrome becoming the gatekeeper for the passwords behind the secure login of the password and when you change passwords it will protect your password with the login of the workplace account.

@medinnadmin this is already handled by Chrome's security: you can set thw account so it can only sign in as the first account, therefore cannot be secondary, and you can force Chrome profile creation so the profile is managed by the organisation, so when you delete/suspend the account none of the saved passwords can be accessed.

What you want to worry about is what's harder to control, e.g. not allowing peoplt to use ither browsers and saving the password in them.
