Hello. In our school recently, it has happened more and more often that we failed to enter with the GCPW. Error message: An Internal Error Occurred
So far reinstalling GCPW solved the problem but not now.
The system is Windows 10 Pro (19045.5011)
Chrome: 129.0.668.101
GCPW: 128.0.6559.0
It works now on 30 other computers, no problems now. Computers are the same.
I have already done these steps:
1. Uninstall GCPW
2. Remove the following Windows registry keys
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\Chrome\Enrollment
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Google\GCPW
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Google\Update\ClientState\{430FD4D0-B729-4F61-AA34-91526481799D}\CloudManagementEnrollmentToken
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Google\Update\ClientState\{32987697-A14E-4B89-84D6-630D5431E831}
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Google\Enrollment
3. Remove the following folders
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Policies\Z29vZ2xlL21hY2hpbmUtbGV2ZWwtb21haGE=
4. Restart the machine (and re-install GCPW if needed)
