GCPW has feature to control local admin accounts?

Just Microsoft Active Directory we control local admins and with AD admin we perform administrative task. This type of feature is available in google workspace or any third-party cheapest solution with implementing parallel Microsoft

In google you can use the GCPW(Google Credential Provider for Windows).
And use this solution like an AD solution, but with google credentials.

Thanks for response but It's not that I can perform admin activities just like we do in AD clients.
