Gives Me error while applying licenses to any user

When I try to Assign, remove, and reassign licenses in the google admin console it gives me to contact support error when I tried to contact support it shows me a help assistance bot, How do I resolve this error or contact support without signing in as super-admin?

@Tushar_Kuchekar This is a bit vague to help.  Some thoughts are:

What's the error you are getting?  Do you have a reseller?  Is there a reason you can't login as super admin?

@KAM  My CTO is Super Admin and I have admin privileges, The error I am getting while applying the storage license is "unknown error contact support".

@Tushar_Kuchekar you need the "Support" privilege to be able to contact support.  You need to request your SuperAdmin give you those rights: https://support.google.com/a/answer/1219251 and [1]

Admins with the Support privilege can use phone, chat, and email options to contact Google Workspace support. They can also file cases in the Google Customer Care Portal.

The ability to contact Google Workspace support can't be limited to specific organizational units.
