My previous business partner left our company after changing our admin password and backup emails to her own personal. No one in the company can access emails and now our website is shut down. The last 7 days have been fully dedicated to finding a solution within google but instead Iโve been stuck in a vicious cycle with zero solutions and robotic responses so no actual resolve exists without having admin access. Any suggestions?
Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.
There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
Hope that helps,
Ian
I have same problem with Jessicarafter but my problem is our workspace already has suspended and we can't log in anymore. But we need to remove the domain from that workspace. Please any one can suggest what should I do.... Thanks
@saut I think your issue may be different than Jessicarafter's and suggest starting a new question. It would also be helpful if you could provide what type of Google Workspace account you were using, if you are the admin, and what does the admin see when trying to sign into the Google Workspace Admin Console (admin.google.com)?
@Jessicarafter I noticed you stated the business partner left and changed the password to her own personal. Was your business partner the person who set up the company account? If so do you know what type of Google Workspace account was used? Does anyone at your business have a secondary admin account for the business account?
