[Google Chat] Can we receive mixed type of messages, like slashcommands and messages ?

I'm trying to construct my bot workflow, I want to respond to different user actions with different functions.

Can I expect, for ex,

/help -> as a slashcommand

Hi Dobby -> as a message.

I already tried it, but it handles the first implemented method and ignores what comes next !
