Google Drive (App) status

How can I find out from Admin console which users are not signed in to Google Drive (App) - ie - which users are not successfully syncing their files - we know there are still many users in our school who have not migrated from Backup and Sync - and need to identify them without going to each computer!

I am crucially trying to find out who has not added anything to Drive in the last week through the app (not the web UI) - as that would imply they do not have Google Drive (App) installed - or have not signed into it.

Hi @andy_griffiths :

I might try having a look at the OAuth Token audit log, as described at https://support.google.com/a/answer/6124308?hl=en -- you could probably use that to see who had successfully authorized the new Drive app to access their account, and then use that info to find the folks that hadn't. In particular, I'd look at the "Application Name" column.

Hope that helps, at least a little,

Ian

Absolutely amazing. Thank you. That works - it seems as though the Application Name "Google Drive for Desktop" filters nicely, although it also includes ones who authorized File Stream previously, but it is a massive leap forwards. Thank you so much!
