A potential customer told me today that he tried calling our main Google Voice number (which has worked for years), and the call rang once before going silent and dropping the call a few seconds later. I was able to duplicate the issue by calling from another phone. I called a second Google Voice number that my company has used for about a year, and had the same error. I went to Google Workspace Status Dashboard and it says there's no systemwide outages for Google Voice. My bill to Google is fully paid. Never had an issue like this before. We're on a Google Voice Starter plan, so I don't believe we have direct access to live support. What can I do to troubleshoot, aside from paying money to upgrade our plan?
Additional info:
Do Not Disturb is NOT turned on.
We have a custom voice message activated, and callers are not hearing that message (or any message). We have/had the same error when the default 4-second Google Voice message is/was activated.
