Google Workspace/Mail Merge

Is there any type of mail merge feature like (YAMM) or does YAMM have the capability to pull an email roster per each user and send an automated message containing the information we want them to verify?  In this case it would be their emails for verification before we add anymore to their email roster in the google admin portal.
