The bin empties but my space doesn't get returned. I can't send emails.
I have been awarded 115GB after doing this: Requesting file recovery, then I download all files I recovered, but when I try to delete the files I recovered afterwards, they don't go anywhere, they just stay in an invisible bin that says eg 40GB in bin but not visible from dashboard. I wait weeks and still they are in bin.
I delete files, they go, but they don't really go, bin is not emptied. So, that space is still occupied. But the files aren't in bin or in my one.google.com "empty bin".
I can't store my data inside the 115GB coz I don't know google might fix it and then all my files "poof!". Check out my screenshots for my separate google drives. I don't know if this is the forum for such reports, I have nowhere else to report to.
This is affecting 4 of 4 of my Google drives. I was just deleting and recovering files, and so that awards me 115GB which I know is fake and temporary and will be taken away. Its been weeks and I am afraid of storing my files.
Lastly, the verification issue with google drive payments, Its been weeks, I sent in my documents coz cash hold verification was failing, my documents haven't been verified for weeks, if this continues for another week, am just dropping google drive for onedrive, coz I have critical documents and onedrive just accepts my payments without these verification stuffs. I just provide the card, and it goes through. I don't want to stay in the bank for 5 hours just to get another visa card to add here. Nah.
