Google search problems

I google searched my brand name and the website is showing up like the picture I added (specifically the Author Teal Rose headline). How can I fix this?

I don't know the answer myself but have you asked the Search Console Webmasters help community yet while waiting for an answer? https://support.google.com/webmasters/community?hl=en

(Only suggesting that community since some people may consider your question outside the scope of this community since your question has to do more with how your own websites's titles appear in search results.) 

Ps it is possible the way the elements/structured data are written need to be corrected: https://developers.google.com/search/help/site-appearance-faq and https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/site-names.
