Hi everyone,
I wanted to try workspace mainly for multiuser drive access.
I used the trial period with a Google account. This period is over and now I can't login to "classic" Google drive since it's migrated to workspace, but I can't log in to workspace account anymore either.
I hope data on the drive are not lost?
How can I recover Google drive access or workspace account?
Thanks a lot for your help

I don't know if I am much help but have you tried to go through the trial period is over links at https://support.google.com/a/answer/6136055?hl=en?
As far as I am aware, there is only one type of Workspace edition that would have made a personal Google Account into Workspace and that is the Workspace Individual Subscription (https://support.google.com/google-workspace-individual/?hl=en#topic=10713204). Is that what you did? The other types of editions would have made you create a whole new domain and email address.
Typically to recover a personal Google Account: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=en
To recover your admin account (Google Workspace and you were the admin): https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en, https://support.google.com/a/answer/10069996?hl=en
Thanks Penelope for your reply, and sorry for mine very late. The links you sent didn't help. I will try to give more details.
I don't know what type of account it was, I only click on the "Start" button on the workspace main page workspace.google.com with address A and then added address B on this workspace.
At the end of the trial period I received an email (address A) saying my Gsuite account was suspended.
If I try to connect (address A) to admin.google.com I see this address is reserved to Google Workspace accounts.
I don't have any problem with this address on personal Google account.
During the trial period, I therefore connected an address B to workspace.
If I try now to connect with this address I have the message your administrator cancelled your Google workspace subscription.
With this account (address B) I can't use Google drive anymore. When I try to connect to drive.google.com I'm redirected to admin.google.com with the same error message.
So I can't connect with A to recover B.
"A" is a personal Google account, impossible to connect to admin, it's ok for me with A.
B is recognized as a workspace account but cancelled.
I don't see what to do

Thanks Penelope, yes you helped me a lot!
In this page https://support.google.com/a/answer/2633430 I finally have the information of the status of the email address I use:
Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (not your current account xxx).
The admin address I tried to use isn't an admin workspace anymore, I found the good one and it's ok now.
But it seems I lose the data of the account B I spoke about in previous messages, the drive of this account is activated now but empty.
I thought when you migrated a Google account to workspace the data are not lost, am I wrong?
Thanks a lot again
I know for personal Google Accounts, you only have a short window of time (typically less than two weeks) to restore a deleted account and have all the information intact. I don't know how long that window time is for Google Workspace accounts however.
And the only type of personal Google Account that can be switched to Google Workspace and everything is still intact including username/email address is the Workspace Individual subscription.
But you could try to contact the Google Workspace support since you were able to get into your administrator account to assist you and they can be contacted via the instructions at https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en.
If you think your account was actually a Google Workspace Individual subscription, then follow the info at https://support.google.com/google-workspace-individual/answer/10758209?hl=en.
Thanks for your help, I will contact the support
You are very welcome, Julio.
