Is there a way (also scripts or similar) to have the filtering -> apply label in google groups has it happens for the email?
we are thinking of using the groups as basic ticketing system, and would be great to label the messages automatically on conditions and then have the label assigned to each user.
is there a way, as said also programmatically, to do so?
