Hi, I'm going to log in to Gmail but I forgot its password and security questions. Please help me to prove that it is my account so that I can log in. Thank you.

If your account is owned by an admin, ask them for assistance since they can help. They can go through https://support.google.com/a/answer/33319?hl=en which is setting the password.
