My google account yatkuifood@gmail.com used to running business and communicate with client and customers, this account was hacked by company's previous staff (he already resign), he change the password and remove all the devices and mobile phone number linked to that google account and changed the recovery email address. I can't access that google account anymore and i have try all the recovery method provide by google support. The recovery mobile and email were changed and linked to previous staff and he was admit that he hacked to google account change the password and remove all the recovery mobile number and email, rejected to return google account to original owner. This case was reported to local police authority and there’s police statement and other supporting document to certify that original google account owner. I was called Google Hong Kong hotline asking for help to recovery and the staff just asking me post on board of Google Community. I am very helpless, office of Google Hong Kong nothing done for me. Language of police statement and supporting documents are written in Traditional Chinese. This google account is very important for the company. The local police authority ask me to approach google Hong Kong office, Google Hong Kong ask me to post on community… How can I get support and recovery my Google account? I have try all the online recovery method and try all different link, all the previous device are logged out by changed password. I have try to use difference previous device to start recovery mode but the message was shown that Google cannot verify your account. Can google support team get approach to me and manually recovery the google account for me? I can provide all the supporting documents and police statement and some legal document. Many thanks
