How change SuperAdmin Workplace without superadmin user?

How can I change the "superadmin" user in my company's workspace without having superadmin access? It's a matter of changing the company's governance. How I can contact the support for that? Tks!

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.

But I´m still can't change my profile to superadmin, because this is a governance problem. The actually superadmin, ex-manager of my account, don't change my profile and don't colaborate. 

I don't know what i need to do for change this. I need Google support please!

I have tried this Admin Console support channel tirelessly, but I can't seem to get past steps 3 and 4. I keep looping through the suggestions that appear that are not related to the issue. It seems impossible to get to step 10 on this page you shared with me 😞

Another idea, that'll cost some money, but if it's your business in question: You might try reaching out to a Google certified partner that specializes in Workspace in your city and country. They would have expertise and contacts that could help.
