I would like to appeal for a suspended gmail (Workspace) accout. Last week I started using cloudHQ for sending email to our clients directory (we are allowed by them for emailing even with our Machinio CRM), it was working well but yesterday we couldn't login this accout .
How could we ask to recover this account?

If you're the admin, yes, you've found the correct page about how to re-enable the account. If that's not working, it sounds like you'll need to open a ticket with support. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213 for the details for how to do that.
The admin of your Workspace instance can typically re-enable accounts and/or open a ticket with Google Support to discuss the issue.

Thanks Ian, I'm the admin of the Workspace, there is not option to re-enabled this account .
