How do I move managed browsers to an OU in bulk?

We are primarily Azure based and using Google workspace for managing Chrome browsers at our org. I have all my users syncing but browser objects seem to be separate from them which is unfortunate. How can I bulk move the managed browser profiles (under Devices > Chrome > Managed Browser) into a OU I have setup with a specific set of extensions? Not seeing anything in UI for bulk updating them and searching the site didnt reveal anything.

Followup: After some digging I'm discovering GAM which seems like the method of automating tasks that arent in the UI. If anyone has a link or script I can use to achieve this like if I could feed it a CSV of IDs from my browser export to move into the OU, that would be ideal.
