It looks like I can set Trusted, Limited, Blocked, or specific OAth Scopes. I need to remove, or 'forget' apps from the list. My list is very long and outdated, including every app ever granted and blocked access. Some apps have multiple entries that appear to be duplicates. I've downloaded them via csv, removed their entries and reuploaded, but that has no effect.
My only option is to block the unused ones. The problem is that if a user requests a connection to a blocked one, I need to reauthorize it rather than just allowing it to be reestablished.
Thanks!
While you cannot delete apps from the list, you can mark them as "Unconfigured." This action effectively removes their access permissions without deleting their entries. To do this, you can download the existing CSV of configured apps, set the access column to "unconfigured" for the apps you want to forget about, and then re-upload the CSV. This method has been discussed in community forums as a workaround to reset an app to a state of "unconfigured" .
@blindcamel what's the end game here in terms of 3rd party oauth apps.
I recently went through this with a client and knowing what your end position for Oauth apps is key to determine the strategy.
