How to Share Google Contacts and Directory with other Google users?

Hi, 

I am a user of the this contact manager, that does the job of sharing contacts labels with users or groups in the domain. They have tons of addons for gmail, google drive, google calendar etc. to update and share contacts from all Google Workspace locations.

However, has anyone found a way to synchronize the Google Workspace Directory with a contact label?

My goal is to have all the users of my domain converted as contacts automatically and be available at all times in mobile phones for instance. Also, I would be able to share my directory with the users of another domain I manage (so that they can have both directories at the same place)
