How to access google workspace storage?

Hello and Good day.

As the title says, how do I access the Google Workspace storage? As to see/download files stored in there. I've already log-in as an admin and when I check the storage in Google Workspace, it shows that there are 12GB files stored in Drive, but the admin's Drive shows 0 Byte used space. How it can be? Is there another way to access the files? (Picture below)

And as of today, the storage become 0 GB.... What is the reason? How can I know who delete it?

FYI, we have subscribed to Google Suite in 2020 before it changed to Google Workspace, and stopped the subscription in the year 2021, and now when we tried to access for data backup, it shows the situation above.... HELP

@DoubleUPh Did you remove that user reflected in the graph as having 12GB of storage? -KAM

Nope, I didn't delete anything... The only thing I delete is the spreadsheet file which is around 1KB, nothing worth 12GB files that I remove or delete... Since as I mentioned before I even don't know where is this 12GB files located and how to access it since we want to back it up..... Any Idea?

Well since the data is reported as 0 now, I do not have an answer but I would try this:

https://cleandrive.app/find-uses-space-workspace/#2-identify-users-using-the-most-storage

Barring that, I'd likely work with GAM and try and identify what's in trash folders for users which I've never tried.  Here's an article I did about GAM too: https://www.ditoweb.com/2021/03/using-open-source-google-apps-manager-to-administer-google-workspace...
