How to delete emails from my inbox that are already in other folders

When I have multiple messages in my inbox that are also another folders is there a way to delete them from the inbox more than one at a time and let them remain in the other folders?

Despite appearances, Gmail doesn’t actually have folders, it has labels that are applied to each message. A single message can have any number of labels. So to do what you’re asking, you’d use the labels feature and remove the “Inbox” label from the messages in question. See https://support.google.com/mail/answer/118708?hl=en for more.
