I can't change the display picture of my Google Account

I have been trying to change the display image of my business email in my google domain to no avail.

Below is a screenshot of the error message. Somebogy please help! 😫

My guess is that your admin has disabled the ability to change your profile photo. Check out https://support.google.com/a/answer/7326921?hl=en for all the details.
