My sister and I purchased a Google Domain over a year ago and set up an email address to use for business purposes. Long story short, we haven't used it since then. Now that we are ready to use it, we cannot remember the password for the Google admin workspace and did not set up the admin recovery option that since then has been made available for superusers. We've tried all the recovery methods with the DNS info they sent us and emailed them answers to their security questions. But still Google says to contact Customer Support. I've been on hold (literally) for days.
I don't know if we did the DNS instructions incorrectly or if it matters that our domain is set up to point to a website managed by Wordpress. I'm just lost and trying to regain access to our admin workspace. ๐ซ
