Imported 0 out of 0 events - Unable to process your iCal/CSV file

Hi,

If someone using Microsoft 365 sends a calendar invitation to us we can't process this invitation. The message does not show any info about the event.
And we can't import the attached .ics file into Google Calendar.

Any ideas hwo to fix this?

Are you reading your email using the Gmail web interface? If not, try that—in my experience, Gmail does a much better job of interpreting those ics files.

Yes, we are reading our email using the Gmail web interface..
The message does not contain info about the event at all. That's why I tried to import the ics file.
