Is there a way to have an auto-reply from an alias but not the main user account?

Let's say my user account is name@abc.com. I have an alias that I use, hello@abc.com. I use hello@abc.com for specific purposes. What I'd like to have happen is: when someone emails hello@abc.com, specifically, they receive an auto-reply, but if they email name@abc.com, they do not receive an auto-reply.
