Issue receiving emails from Square

Hi, hoping someone can help me.

I signed up for web/email hosting through Square which is hosted through  google workspace.

I then set up a custom email address within the google workspace to match my website.

I was receiving all emails from square to this custom email address attached to the website domain with no problems in the first month (roughly one month).

Then I stopped receiving emails from certain square email addresses, I will put them below. (I do still however receive contact us forms from the website to this email address)

This possibly coincided with square moving my Google Workspace email address and inbox attached to the domain directly to Google because I had not set up auto-renew for the first year free with square and therefore had to set up billing directly with the google workspace.

I have trouble shooted this issue with square several times with no success. They have advised they can not help as itโ€™s an issue on googles end.

I have added all the email addresses that I am not receiving to contacts that they advised, these being:

โ€ข           At squareup.com

โ€ข           At messaging.squareup.com

โ€ข           At communications.squareup.com

โ€ข           hello at weebly.com

โ€ข           noreply at weebly.com

โ€ข           hello at emails.weeberly.com

โ€ข           noreply at promote.weebly.com

โ€ข           No-reply at editmysite.com

I am still not receiving any emails from these (all other emails are being received with no problem, itโ€™s just these from square that will not coming through) I checked MX records which are all set up correctly, they are not going to junk.

Square have advised they are being rejected from the email provider which is google  work space and advised me to contact them about the issue. As we r only a small business of 2 people we only have the business starter pack and it seems I can not get any help from google unless I upgrade to enterprise.

Hoping someone can suggest how I can fix this at all? Thank you in advance.

You can use the "mail log search" tool on the reports page of your admin console:

In the Admin console, go to Menu > Reporting > Email Log Search.

Just set the date and the sender information and search.
If it's being blocked by a rule or something like that it have a note.

Hope it helps
