Issue with Unsubscribing from Spam Emails

I have been receiving an increasing number of spam emails recently, and I am unable to unsubscribe from them.

  1. Attempts to contact the senders directly to request removal from their mailing lists have gone unanswered.
  2. The provided "unsubscribe" links appear unsafe, raising concerns about their legitimacy (screenshot below).

I would appreciate guidance on how to safely and effectively unsubscribe from such emails when the links provided seem unreliable.

Important to note: One example is emails originating from the domain webinar.professionaltrainingllc.com. Upon checking this domain and its associated unsubscribe link using Google Safe Browsing, no security issues were detected:

If the domain is not flagged by Google Safe Browsing, why does Gmail mark it as dangerous?

The problem is that "unsubscribing" depends on the good intentions of the sender. Often, attempt to unsubscribe merely identify the recipient's account as active and a more valuable target for more spam.
