I have been receiving an increasing number of spam emails recently, and I am unable to unsubscribe from them.
- Attempts to contact the senders directly to request removal from their mailing lists have gone unanswered.
- The provided "unsubscribe" links appear unsafe, raising concerns about their legitimacy (screenshot below).
I would appreciate guidance on how to safely and effectively unsubscribe from such emails when the links provided seem unreliable.
Important to note: One example is emails originating from the domain webinar.professionaltrainingllc.com. Upon checking this domain and its associated unsubscribe link using Google Safe Browsing, no security issues were detected:

If the domain is not flagged by Google Safe Browsing, why does Gmail mark it as dangerous?
