I am having frustration trying to set up my organization's Google Workspace. I am particularly stuck on creating admins for the nonprofit so that someone can log in to create our workspace. I need help and there is nothing that I have read (and I have been reading a lot of these "help" articles), but none have been specific enough to my issue.
Here's what is happening:
1. I log in to my gmail account that has the nonprofit registered. (It is a personal account, but it won't show me how to make it not a personal account no matter how I log in)
2. I go to the "Products" tab under my nonprofit log in and under where it says that my nonprofit is approved for Google Workspace I have tried both prompts of (1) signing in to the admin console, which it will not let me do because I don't have an admin account and it won't let me create one even though I am the administrator for the nonprofit who created the nonprofit's account, and (2) I have read all the resources for launching a Workspace, but everything I have tried pops up a 404 error message any time I go to start the 14 day free trial that then gives access to the nonprofit deal.
What do I do? I am at a complete lost and totally frustrated by this. PLEASE HELP!
Did you "activate" your new Workspace domain?
have you found a solution? we have the same problem...
I am having this same issue.
Set got approved with personal email, can see that I am an admin, but cannot access the admin console. Frustrating. Anybody solved this??
Same problem here. Got approved with personal email, can see that I am an admin, but cannot access the admin console.
Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.
There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
Hope that helps,

Same problem. Most maddening thing. Been in touch with 2 different support systems in Google. Nothing. Just get bounced between the Google Workspace Support and the Google for Nonprofit support...
This is really a nightmare I feel sorry for you.
I ll try to clarify what I have understood after so many emails:
Non profit teams: grants special status /discounts (free plan) by noticing the workspace team.
Workspace Team: creates the account and applies the ''NGO plan'' per the Non profit team request.
So if you can't access the workspace account, you can try to contact (https://workspace.google.com/intl/en/contact/?source=gafb-home-globalnav-en-en)the workspace sales team, ask them if they find your account and if yes if the Non profit plan is applied.
If they don't find any account, they might ask you to create a normal worskace business account (15 days trial for free) and make an internal demand to the Non profit team for approval of the Non profit free plan.
Hope that will help.
