I'm very frustrated at the lack of any kind of support for Google Workspace for Nonprofits. Maybe I can't find it, but I'm not getting any help. My organization, Oceaned.org, has been approved by google for no-profit status. I go through all the steps and get to Google Workspace for Non Profits admin sign-in. I follow those steps but once in the dashboard, it only says I have a subscription to Chrome Enterprise Core. I have no access to Workspace unless I add a paid subscription to Google Workspace Starter Pack. There is no mention of any Workspace for Nonprofits anywhere, and I can't use any of the features. I've been doing this for two or three weeks and if I can't get anywhere I'll cancel this whole thing and move on to Zoom for Nonprofits or whatever else I can find. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.
