Link personal accounts to Non-Profit Workspace

Hi - We are a Non-Profit and are considering Google Workspace for our IT needs.

I was wondering, if it is possible to link personal Google accounts to the Non-Profit Workspace, as we don't want to burden people with another account & password to use.

No, you cannot "convert" from consumer accounts to business accounts or vice versa.

In general, it is not good practice to mix personal and business data and workflows for a myriad of reasons including compliance, management, visibility, and security

You could potentially use these settings to link to the personal account - so that mail is received to the new workspace from the personal account.
