I'm looking for advice on how small businesses can streamline customer communication by forwarding Gmail messages directly to a Slack channel.
If this is a good idea or real request, I want to try to develop an add-on for gmail.
Ensure that critical messages from clients or potential new customers quickly and without missing or delaying for important information.
Some specific questions:
Is now a idea level product now, I'm not sure there is really someone want to use it for their business..

first, user could set their rules, for example, subject or from sender, and of course when receive the mail.
then user could aslo forward the emails to a channel or a slack user.

first, of course, user can set their rules using this add-on.
I design this gmail add-on UI, user can input there time period, mail subject, sender and this conditions will be executed when the check mail function running.
then user also can set which channel or users that this mail should be sent.
of course it can set serval channels per rule.
