Microsoft OIDC SSO - Authorization unsuccessful

When trying to setup OIDC connection to Azure AD é get an authorization unsuccessful.

"Couldn't save your profile settings. Click retry to try again and authorize your OIDC profile."

Azure AD account used is a Global Admin account.

What am I missing?
