Migrating Email and Storage from a 3rd-party Workspace to the company's Workspace

Dear Google Workspace Experts,

My company currently uses a 3rd-party service that manages our Google Workspace. Due to high costs of their service and gmail account cost, we are thinking of migrating our storage to another Workspace that is solely administered by my company.

Is there an instruction on how to do the migration?
