Hey Guys. First of all: Thanks for trying to help. My problem is that im very confused about my business email. I connected my email with the domain, got dmarc, spf and so on. I am able to receive and write emails. But when i sent emails there is always the sign of possible spam. And when i check my domain in the mx check it shows huge problems like missing mail server, missing dmarc, missing spf, missing dkim and so on. But when i check it in the terminal it doesnt show any problems. Please help me to get aware of the problem and fix it. My domain is urbanup-media.com . Its so confusing. Thanks in advance and have a great day!

I forgot that if you send it to yourself will be a internal delivery, try to send to a gmail account or something.
The wrong one will have this gappssmtp.com as the domain or fail status:
The right one only have your domain:
No i dont use any other hosts ๐ but thank you so much!!
Hello!
It looks like your SPF record is incorrect:
The correct entry should be "v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com ~all"
Additionally, after configuring your DNS, make sure to activate the authentication:
You need to click on "Start authentication," and your status should be "Authenticating emails."
Hope it helps!
Hey Jan Carlos! Thank you so much for your help. I changed what you suggested. Now I think the SPF entry works but besides that I still have all the other problems even though they are installed correctly... i checked it quite often... do yo have any idea what could help? ๐
This seems to be the translation:
The domain must have at least one email server.

The only configuration left that will impact your email sending is DKIM, as I mentioned before. To configure DKIM, follow all the steps in this documentation:

Its so weird because i installed all of them. DKIM, DMARC and SPF. But in the Mx Tool Check its always shown as missing. Is there another way to check if its installed? Because im really sure, that i installed all of them and that i have a email server... so frustrating... but thank you so much so far @Jan-Carlos
@Max27, try to check the dkim configuration on the admin console:
The path is: Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Authenticating emails.
The status must be: Authenticating emails
Hope it helps!
I already did this and it shows that its authenticated but im not sure about that because in the MX Check its still shown as missing. ๐ Is it a problem that its shown that there is no email server? I dont know why its missing bc i can send and receive emails.
Hello!
If you already did and it's saying that the e-mail are being authenticated, i would trust this info.
The MX check can have a delay to check the info.
If you didn't delete the entry on your DNS, it's probably working.
To confirm, just send a message to yourself and check the header.
okay i understand. very weird that its so delayed. do you know how the header should look like in best case?
I forgot that if you send it to yourself will be a internal delivery, try to send to a gmail account or something.

I checked it and it showed that everything works! Seems like Mx Check shows a delayed version.
Thank you so much @Jan-Carlos ! Have a great day!
@Jan-Carlos
This thread seems very helpful to the problem that I am facing.
How can I check this above SPF, DKIM, DMARC view.
All things are setup but I am facing SPAM issue.
Thanks
