My company domain is blocked by gmail

I am a single developer with a website. I was given access to workspace, then recently it asked for money so I decided not to continue and from that moment my domain is blocked as I can not receive emails from gmail to my domain. This is so bad for my users.

Please contact me at antonio.fivetech@gmail.com to try to find a solution. My domain is fivetechsoft.com.   Please, please, I need your help. Please google help me.

Are you not receiving emails on Google Workspace or through your MX "mail.fivetechsoft.com"?

If you'd like to receive emails via Google Workspace, you'll need to configure the Google Workspace MX records.

Otherwise, we won’t be able to assist further, and you’ll need to troubleshoot the issue with your current mail provider.

It's highly unlikely that Google would block you due to business decisions.
