Background: I work for a large manufacturer who uses Google Forms on locked Tablets (Locked in the sense that these tablets are for a single use - they just have a link for the Google Form and nothing else). The Google forms are used in various ways to collect information that is not normally collected with the ERP system. We used to just write the data on a clipboard and collect it at the end of the shift, but this Google Form setup allows the line workers to enter the data, track it in Sheets, and visualize it in Looker.
Problem: It works extremely well, but we have an issue with our Internet Security Team. The Security Team runs Email Awareness Testing randomly, weekly, and monthly. We've been asked that they either not access email, or they need to complete Security Testing every time per company guidelines.
Requirement: We need to be able to give these users a Google Login (on company domain) for the Google Form, but they do need any of the Workspace services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc)

Thanks. I will discuss this with our IT team and see if they can move these employees to Cloud Identity accounts.
