workspace email

Hi 
i have a workspace general account with my own domain name
I would like to activate the email although the email icon/app is not available, according to the list of what's included in my free subscription I should have an email/inbox.

How can I access email via workspace and point/direct my own emails (not gmail) to it?

Hi There. Here are some possible Scenarios & Solutions:

1. Hidden App:

   • Check App Library: Swipe left past your last home screen to access the App Library. Search for "Gmail" or "Email." If it's there, you can drag and drop it back to your home screen.
   • Reset Home Screen Layout: Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the default app arrangement, potentially bringing the email app back to your main screen.

2. Not Enabled in Google Workspace:

   • Admin Settings: If you're using Google Workspace for your organization, as an administrator you might need to enable Gmail for your account. 

     Turn a service on or off for Google Workspace users

3. Using a Different Email App:

   • Default App: Your iPhone might be using a different email app (like Apple Mail) as the default. To check and change this:
     • Go to Settings > Mail > Default Mail App
     • Select "Gmail" (or your desired email app)

4. Account Not Added:

   • Add Account:
     • Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
     • Tap "Add Account" and select Google.
     • Follow the on-screen instructions to add your Gmail account
