Not able to create a new Google Workspace business account

Hello Google Community,

As a new business, I want to create new Google workspace account for my website (cybird.net) and then get access to email, docs, etc. 

I am stuck at the "Agree and Continue" button after entering new username and password. 

Please help. Tried different machine, browser however not ab
