I have a main account under which the workspace works. Now I have the problem that every time I try to log in it is not possible.
It tells me every time that my identity could not be confirmed.
I have already tried everything, i.e. restoring as I was told and I also have 2 factor authentication, but it is not possible to log in to the admin panel. I can access the settings as normal.
